Apartment Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least two direct reports
• Direct property operations, sales, and finances to achieve operational and financial goals
• Manage the property budget and implement strategies to increase revenue
• Oversee leasing and maintenance team members to ensure high resident satisfaction
• Facilitate leasing activities and ensure adherence to legal standards and company policies
• Provide exemplary service to both residents and team members

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or asset management
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within property management
• 2-4 years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales or customer service environment
• Proven ability to mentor and coach a diverse group of team members
• Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and sales metrics
• Proficiency with property management systems such as Entrata, OneSite, or Salesforce
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, typically Tuesday through Saturday
• Reliable transportation
