Apartment Community Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of at least 2 direct reports
• Direct property operations, sales, and finances to achieve operational and financial goals
• Manage leasing and maintenance team members to ensure resident satisfaction
• Facilitate leasing activities and revenue growth while adhering to legal standards and company policies
• Provide exemplary service to residents and team members

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or asset management
• 2+ years of experience in a property management leadership role
• 2-4 years of experience leading teams in a competitive sales or customer service environment
• Strong understanding of financials and budgets
• Proficiency with property management tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, or Salesforce
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule (typically Tuesday – Saturday)
