Responsibilities
- Manage daily property operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Night Audit, and F&B
- Conduct daily site inspections of apartments, public areas, and compliance areas
- Ensure exceptional guest experience and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor operational costs, labor, consumables, and inventory
- Manage staff scheduling, rosters, and HR compliance (BCEA/LRA)
- Prepare weekly operational reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with OHSA, COIDA, and fire safety protocols
- Support operational oversight across the Totalstay property portfolio as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of Cape Town
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven track record in guest service and time management
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficiency in Google and Internet applications
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays
