Aparthotel Property Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily property operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Night Audit, and F&B
• Conduct daily site inspections of apartments, public areas, and compliance areas
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and resolve complaints professionally
• Monitor operational costs, labor, consumables, and inventory
• Manage staff scheduling, rosters, and HR compliance (BCEA/LRA)
• Prepare weekly operational reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and labor costs
• Ensure compliance with OHSA, COIDA, and fire safety protocols
• Support operational oversight across the Totalstay property portfolio as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hotel industry
• Strong knowledge of Cape Town
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in guest service and time management
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficiency in Google and Internet applications
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
