AP/AR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle accounts payable process, including vendor setup, GL coding, expense reports, and payments via Ramp and Brex
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment issues promptly
• Review, record, and reconcile daily and monthly cash entries in NetSuite
• Design and maintain process documentation for all P2P activities to ensure proper internal controls
• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment tracking, and account reconciliation
• Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices
• Support month-end close activities related to AR, AP, and cash application
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts as they relate to AP and AR

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable, efficient, and well-controlled accounting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, or Brex
• Curiosity and openness to embracing AI tools to improve workflow efficiency
