APAC Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform, and evaluate internal plant process audits for Continental and off-take plants across the APAC region
• Conduct QM system, process, and product audits in all relevant plants
• Establish necessary corrective measures and follow up on their realization
• Create, update, and communicate recurring reports to monitor trends and initiate corrective actions for upper management
• Act as a consultant for other departments on quality-related questions and improve cooperation with Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing
• Conduct technical training and quality tools methodology training for plants and central functions
• Develop and continuously review product and process quality standards and documentation
• Lead QM-related projects and organize the Regional Process Community for APAC plants

Requirements

• Engineering degree in mechanical, chemical, or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tire production, plant quality management, or R&D
• Advanced knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001
• Six Sigma qualification or similar technical certifications
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
