APAC Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Invoice-to-Cash process for strategic clients across the APAC region to drive cash flow.
• Act as a strategic advisor to key clients and internal stakeholders regarding collection policies and processes.
• Optimize collection and credit processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate bad debt risk.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Support teams to influence financial policies and safeguard cash flow objectives.
• Investigate and resolve complex billing disputes and customer inquiries promptly.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable, specifically managing overdue accounts.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for communicating with Chinese stakeholders and reviewing reports.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage difficult conversations and drive timely payments.
• Deep understanding of debt collection workflows, best practices, and APAC regional collection nuances.
• Proven ability to use business judgment to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the digital advertising industry or working with media and technology clients.
• Experience handling multi-country and cross-border collections within the APAC market.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or similar collections management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, finance, and legal teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
