APAC Collateral & Margin Services AVP

Responsibilities

• Support daily margin operations, including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor exposures and ensure strict compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and uncleared margin rules.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across trading, risk, treasury, legal, and operations to maintain strong controls.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and recommend improvements to operational workflows.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risk and maintain efficiency.
• Lead complex assignments or teams, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Analyze complex data from multiple internal and external sources to solve problems and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in daily margin operations and collateral management.
• Strong understanding of exposure monitoring and regulatory compliance within a banking environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in risk management and the development of operational controls.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate sensitive information effectively.
• Experience in process optimization and driving operational efficiency.
