APAC Collateral & Margin Services Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support APAC business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
• Focus on Global Netting Agreement (GNA) margin operations and daily margining processes for GNA clients.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks.
• Create reports and presentations on operational performance for internal senior stakeholders.
• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness and infrastructure transformation.

Requirements

• In-depth technical knowledge and experience in collateral or margin services.
• Thorough understanding of operational principles and underlying concepts within the assigned area.
• Strong ability to manage risk and strengthen internal controls.
• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• Ability to make evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Prime Brokerage or GNA infrastructure.
• Ability to guide and persuade team members and communicate complex or sensitive information.
• Experience in a role involving regulatory or strategic transformation.
