A&P Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Learjet aircraft and other models including Cessna Citation, Bombardier Challenger, Gulfstream, Beechcraft King Air, and Embraer Phenom
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues to ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Accurately document all maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to prioritize tasks and meet operational timelines
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work environment
• Stay current on industry practices, tools, and technologies relevant to A&P-certified mechanics

Requirements

• Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification
• 3+ years of experience working as an A&P
• Experience working in a Part 145 repair station environment
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining Learjet aircraft
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety-compliance requirements
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to provide personal tools and a shadowed toolbox
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Citation, Challenger, Gulfstream, King Air, or Phenom platforms
