AP Lead

Responsibilities

• Review invoices and calculations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with audit standards
• Verify outgoing payments are issued to correct recipients and amounts in alignment with SAP records
• Manage Chain Distributor-related funding and communicate accrual updates based on promotional costs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to validate promotional billing expenses and secure documentation
• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned Chain Distributor accounts, managing specialized promotion and account knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Ability to pass testing for alpha-numeric typing and Power-User Excel
