About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary focal point for investigating supply chain customer feedback, complaints, and disputes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct root cause investigations with supply chain teams and third-party service providers to develop and follow up on corrective actions.
  • Manage case documentation and correspondence within appropriate databases to ensure compliance with record management guidelines.
  • Perform periodic data analysis on customer feedback and disputes to identify emerging risks and trends for business units.
  • Support continuous process improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to the complaint management and resolution processes.

Requirements

  • University degree is required (Engineering or Chemistry degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others cross-functionally.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume environment.
  • Prior experience in business or supply chain support roles and root cause analysis is preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
