AP Automation & AI Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and maintain AI agents to automate invoice processing and reconciliation workflows
• Troubleshoot AI agent performance to align with business requirements and payment policies
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for agentic AI implementation
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close
• Maintain accurate bank, investment, and credit card activity records
• Process invoices promptly and maintain up-to-date vendor accounts and W9s
• Support weekly payment runs and 1099 yearly tax return filings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in Corporate Accounting
• Proficiency in Macintosh computers, Google Sheets, and Excel
• Experience with or strong aptitude for configuring agentic AI tools and automated systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP and P2P systems such as Sage X3, Coupa, or Ramp
