AP/AR Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring policy compliance and accurate record maintenance
• Process company credit card payments and employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policy
• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including customer invoicing, collections, and cash receipt reconciliation
• Resolve vendor inquiries regarding invoices, payment status, and tax information
• Oversee the corporate travel platform to ensure compliance and a seamless employee experience
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support cost tracking and period-end close
• Design, document, and continuously improve AP/AR processes and internal controls to support company scale

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant AP/AR or general accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable best practices
• Experience administering corporate travel or expense platforms (e.g., Ramp or Navan)
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite and ZIP
• Experience in government contract environments (FAR compliance, WAWF invoicing, or DCAA audit readiness)
• Previous experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry
