AP/AR Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer billing records in the ERP system and issue invoices to customers.
• Post cash received to customer accounts and manage daily ACH, Wire, and lockbox payments.
• Ensure timely payments by contacting customers and managing collection activities.
• Research account disputes and billing discrepancies to ensure proper accounting entries.
• Partner with Business Units to ensure all orders are billed accurately and timely.
• Manage and audit approved CMRs, creating and issuing customer credits and rebills as required.
• Maintain credit history files and identify risks of bad debt or financial exposure.
• Perform month-end reporting, Balance Sheet reconciliations, and update aging/bad debt analysis.
• Maintain and distribute daily sales tracking files and present applicable metrics reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 1-3 years of related experience or training.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Intermediate computer skills with the ability to perform complex tasks across various programs.
• Full professional proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• High reasoning skills to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or volatile customer situations while maintaining positive relationships.
• Ability to hold self and others accountable for high-quality deliverables.
