AP & Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, including 3-way matching of POs, invoices, and receipts
• Validate vendor, seller, and operational payments to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Oversee daily cash activities, monitor bank balances, and prepare short-term cash forecasts
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies by collaborating with relevant internal stakeholders
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and follow up on credit memos
• Support internal controls, audit trails, and process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proven experience with 3-way matching and handling high-volume transactions
• Solid understanding of GL accounting and month-end close procedures
• Fluency in both Chinese Mandarin and English
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Experience working with ERP systems
