AP Accountant

Responsibilities

• Process and validate vendor invoices in accordance with company policies and accounting principles
• Reconcile vendor accounts and monitor outstanding items
• Manage invoice workflows and approvals using Basware
• Communicate with suppliers and internal business stakeholders regarding invoice status, discrepancies, and resolutions
• Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the Accounts Payable department

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Basware
• Practical experience working in SAP
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Epicor
