About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Voice of Customer (VoC) for A. (A-dot), A. Biz, and NUGU services
  • Monitor VoC processing status and compile statistical data
  • Communicate and coordinate with customer service centers
  • Perform daily service quality inspections for the A. app and NUGU speaker services
  • Manage monitoring results and track VoC types
  • Review customer service responses and manage key FAQ content

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Office Automation (OA) tools
  • Strong business etiquette and appropriate tone/manner for customer interaction
  • Understanding of A. and NUGU services
  • Ability to manage statistics and data

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Generative AI in a professional workflow
  • Previous experience in customer service or customer response roles
