About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Voice of Customer (VoC) for A. (A-dot), A. Biz, and NUGU services
- Monitor VoC processing status and compile statistical data
- Communicate and coordinate with customer service centers
- Perform daily service quality inspections for the A. app and NUGU speaker services
- Manage monitoring results and track VoC types
- Review customer service responses and manage key FAQ content
Requirements
- Proficiency in Office Automation (OA) tools
- Strong business etiquette and appropriate tone/manner for customer interaction
- Understanding of A. and NUGU services
- Ability to manage statistics and data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Generative AI in a professional workflow
- Previous experience in customer service or customer response roles
