Anti-Tamper Systems/Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Anti-Tamper (AT) and program leadership on system updates
• Perform Anti-Tamper Risk and Threat Management Assessments and develop reports
• Develop and maintain Anti-Tamper Plans, Evaluation Plans, Key Management Plans, and Program Protection Plans
• Deliver Critical Program Information (CPI) analysis and Defense Exportability Assessments
• Identify risk-based technical countermeasures for protecting critical components
• Collaborate with customers to define System Security Engineering (SSE) requirements and solutions
• Support program milestone reviews and fielding decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience or Master's degree with 5+ years of experience
• Active Secret security clearance
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification
• Extensive expertise in solving complex technical problems
• Experience in project leadership roles and serving as a primary customer contact

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Anti-Tamper and exportability concerns
• Experience with secure hardware/software methodologies
• Ability to analyze high-level needs into structured MVP solutions
• Experience developing and implementing engineering plans within a project
• Experience engineering automation pipelines
