Anti-Human Trafficking Case Manager

CHNY impacts the lives of over 1,500 young people aged 16-24 every year.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated, trauma-informed case management and therapeutic support to survivors of human trafficking
• Engage weekly with clients in Bronx programs to support ISP goals
• Administer human trafficking assessments and conduct risk/psychosocial assessments
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational groups and community outreach efforts
• Document relevant data in ETO and assist in program evaluation
• Provide mentorship to AHT Youth Ambassadors
• Escort youth to off-site appointments and services when needed
• Work collaboratively with internal and external service providers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to monitor and de-escalate during crisis situations
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience in a residential setting working with adolescents
• Experience working with survivors of human trafficking or at-risk youth
