About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement core anti-cheat technologies directly within the game engine
- Integrate and maintain platform security features to strengthen game defense
- Analyze existing cheats in partnership with Security Researchers to develop new protections
- Apply knowledge of Windows internals to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure effective and performant anti-cheat solutions
- Debug complex issues related to game security and performance
- Stay updated on trends in game security, reverse engineering, and cheat development
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or relevant training
- Proven experience in cybersecurity or vulnerability analysis
- Strong C++ programming skills with understanding of low-level systems and memory management
- Deep understanding of Windows operating system architecture, APIs, and security mechanisms
- Problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of game protection technologies including obfuscation and anti-tamper measures
- Experience with machine learning or AI-based detection methods
