Anthropic GTM Director

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of AI GTM on commercial strategy and execution for the Anthropic partnership
• Serve as the primary relationship lead between Aimpoint Digital and Anthropic GTM stakeholders
• Define market-ready Claude and agentic AI offerings in collaboration with practice leaders
• Drive pipeline creation through account planning, pursuit strategy, and partner-led introductions
• Build and manage the operating cadence for the partnership, including QBRs and internal pipeline reviews
• Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns, webinars, and thought leadership
• Develop reusable intellectual property, solution accelerators, and implementation playbooks
• Act as an internal evangelist to educate consultants and account leaders on Claude value propositions

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, GTM strategy, technology consulting, or enterprise sales
• Demonstrated experience building alongside hyperscalers, AI model providers, or modern data platform GTM teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise consulting services and how advisory/implementation work is sold
• Proven ability to develop GTM plans, account plays, and executive-ready communications
• Track record of driving qualified pipeline and influencing revenue through partner ecosystems
• Working knowledge of enterprise AI adoption patterns, governance, and security
• Experience commercializing offerings related to GenAI, AI agents, or workflow automation
