Antenna Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance and evolution of all antenna and radar test and measurement instruments
• Ensure antenna ATP instruments maintain operational uptime to support production targets
• Identify and lead instrument upgrades
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the expansion of production facilities
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to ensure seamless production workflows

Requirements

• BS Degree or higher in Engineering or Physics
• 2 or more years of experience in antennas or antenna measurement
• Understanding of the fundamentals of antennas and antenna measurement
• Hands-on experience measuring antennas or radiating RF devices at microwave and/or millimeter-wave frequencies
• Experience performing data analysis for antenna measurement (pattern analysis, side-lobes, and near/far field transformations)
• Experience writing code for analysis, applications, or projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with complex mixed-signal (RF, analog, and digital) instruments or experimental apparatus
• Experience with mechanical engineering CAD programs
• A proactive, hands-on approach to building and troubleshooting systems
