• Set a clear direction for OPP journalistically, digitally, and in relation to the local community and changing media consumption
• Lead, develop, and challenge a skilled editorial team
• Set the agenda in the mountain region and ensure credible, independent journalism with high press ethics standards
• Combine daily news management with long-term journalistic development

Requirements

• Experience as a journalist or editorial leader
• Strong understanding of press ethics
• Clear, unifying leadership style that creates engagement and pride
• Interest in digital development and media economics
• Ability to combine daily news management with long-term initiatives
