Annual Giving Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective donors to drive Cyclone Club growth
• Manage donor benefit programs, including gift-in-kind and stewardship efforts
• Maintain and reconcile Ticketmaster data, tracking renewals, lapses, and retention trends
• Assist with fundraising solicitations, revenue-growth ideas, and new engagement programming
• Support Cyclone Club events and donor hospitality on and off campus
• Uphold all University, Big 12, and NCAA rules and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and high attention to detail
• Availability to work evening and weekend events
• Commitment to working with a diverse community

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior involvement with revenue generation in a collegiate athletics department
• Experience creating social media content and promotional campaigns
• Proficiency with ticketing systems (Archtics and Ticketmaster) and donor CRM systems (Salesforce)
