Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and upkeep work
• Execute minor conversion and renovation work
• Supervise external companies in relevant industries
• Support the development of new functions for energy optimization and operational safety
• Assist with project work and general manual tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a technician for sanitary, heating, and/or ventilation technology (SHK), installer, or heating engineer
• Strong technical understanding and high quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Driving license class B is desirable
