About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and optimize power plant and heating system equipment
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting activities
- Perform start-up and shutdown procedures and daily control rounds
- Document checklists, shift logs, and operating conditions
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards
- Support external contractors and participate in on-call duty
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical or mechanical field
- Experience with heating plants or energy generation systems
- Knowledge of control and visualization systems, especially PLC/S7
- Kesselwärter qualification or willingness to complete training
- Class B driving license
- Willingness for rotating shifts and on-call work
