Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate two air separation plants and associated machinery, including tank farms, in a continuous shift operation.
• Perform necessary technical adjustments to plant equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.
• Act as a point of contact for production personnel regarding operating regimes and process parameters.
• Identify operational disturbances and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
• Execute controlled plant start-up and shut-down processes according to specifications.
• Conduct regular plant inspections and perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Adhere strictly to internal production regulations and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a Chemikant, Chemiefacharbeiter, or technician in E/MSR technology.
• Strong technical understanding and affinity for computer systems.
• Proven IT skills and experience with process control systems.
• Ability to work independently, including during solo shifts.
• Flexibility and readiness for shift work and potential on-call duties.
• High level of resilience and a team-oriented mindset.
