Responsibilities

• Manufacture chemical intermediate and end products following valid process instructions
• Operate process control systems to manage plants and perform sampling for in-process and final analysis
• Document process steps in batch protocols and record production times and disturbances in the OEE system
• Execute filling processes, container labeling, and transport activities using a forklift
• Document all activities in the electronic shift log
• Assist in the loading and unloading of tank vehicles for raw materials and finished products
• Adhere to all safety regulations and site-specific instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the plant areas and workstations

Requirements

• Successfully completed training as a chemical technician (Chemikant) or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in a batch production environment is preferred
• Possession of a valid forklift license
• High level of teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift system
