Anlagenbediener (m/w/d) Wechselschicht – Chlorsilane

Responsibilities

• Independently operate and monitor all plant systems related to chlorosilane production, including startup, monitoring, and shutdown
• Perform independent sampling for process and quality control
• Prepare plant systems for maintenance and inspection work as instructed by the production supervisor, including performing cleaning tasks
• Operate filling stations for solid residues and unloading stations for chlorosilane and heavy distillates
• Document operations in logs and shift journals
• Ensure cleanliness and order within the production and auxiliary facilities

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a chemical technician (Chemikant) or a similar craft-based role with relevant professional experience
• Responsible handling of hazardous substances and dangerous goods
• Good proficiency in German
• Independent, diligent working style with strong communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid crane and forklift licenses
