Responsibilities

• Assign work to junior team members based on specializations
• Create keyframes for animated sequences using advanced techniques
• Decide the number of animated sequences from storyboards or animatics
• Develop various animation techniques to broaden skill sets
• Guide the creation of blocking animation and motion sequences
• Identify tools and pipeline requirements for assigned work
• Refine animated sequences based on creative leadership input
• Review animation sequences created by junior team members
• Support project planning by providing time estimates for tasks
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share design perspectives
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and design standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• English fluency
• Experience with design and graphics editing software
• Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas
• Keen eye for detail and ability to work within a team
