Animateur QSE (Qualité, Santé, Environnement) H/F

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate Health, Safety, and Prevention action plans.
• Monitor safety performance and lead the "Shared Vigilance" platform.
• Support managers through field visits and safety briefings.
• Manage accident tracking, analysis (root cause method), and administrative declarations.
• Conduct risk analyses using AMDEC and HAZOP methods.
• Ensure compliance with ATEX regulations and chemical safety standards.
• Oversee administrative traceability, including training compliance, safety protocols, and permits.
• Manage the QSE management system, including safety data sheets and audit preparation.
• Contribute to environmental and energy performance improvements.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of professional experience in a similar QSE role.
• Strong knowledge of current health, safety, and prevention regulations.
• Proficiency in risk analysis tools such as AMDEC.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver's license (Permis B).
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead meetings and federate teams.
• Knowledge of the water and sanitation industry is a plus.
