Animateur HSE

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the QHSE system by participating in staff communication, safety challenges, and audits
• Conduct in-depth analysis of significant events, including accidents, incidents, and medical care cases
• Provide administrative and technical support for QHSE documentation, such as Prevention Plans (PPSPS), risk analyses, and operating procedures
• Assist in defining necessary PPE/EPC (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) for job sites
• Monitor regulatory compliance, client requirements, and agency QHSE systems
• Track and follow up on corrective actions resulting from audits, investigations, and near-miss reports
• Ensure the application of the agency's QHSE policies and objectives on the ground

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Field-oriented mindset with a desire to work on-site
• Highly organized and rigorous approach to tasks
• Seeking an apprenticeship contract (24 months)
