Responsibilities

• Develop activities that facilitate communication, adaptation to change, and social life
• Develop a local network to promote the residence
• Encourage expression, creativity, and fulfillment of residents through various techniques
• Maintain resident autonomy by providing physical and moral stimulation

Requirements

• Diploma in gerontology animation and/or BPJEPS
• Proficiency with IT tools
• Initial experience working with the elderly
• Dynamic and motivated personality
