- Develop activities that facilitate communication, adaptation to change, and social life
- Develop a local network to promote the residence
- Encourage expression, creativity, and fulfillment of residents through various techniques
- Maintain resident autonomy by providing physical and moral stimulation
Requirements
- Diploma in gerontology animation and/or BPJEPS
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Initial experience working with the elderly
- Dynamic and motivated personality
