Animateur Commercial

Responsibilities

• Implement the commercial strategy within the agency in coordination with the Agency Manager
• Organize commercial monitoring and prospecting to detect and analyze new business opportunities
• Develop and expand the client portfolio by building a professional network
• Ensure the quality of commercial proposals and follow up on offers through to completion
• Implement client loyalty and retention actions
• Lead weekly commercial action plan meetings alongside the Agency Manager
• Support Account Managers in developing their commercial skills, including client meetings and goal achievement
• Organize marketing actions to drive business growth

Requirements

• Commercial training or experienced self-taught professional
• Proven experience in B2B services
• Knowledge of the building sector is a plus
• Strong tenacity and drive
• Ability to motivate and unite teams
• Excellent argumentation and communication skills
