Animateur Commercial

Responsibilities

• Implement the commercial strategy for the agency within the designated sectors
• Conduct market intelligence and prospecting to identify and analyze new business opportunities
• Develop and expand the client portfolio by building a professional network
• Ensure the quality of commercial proposals and follow up on offers through to completion
• Implement client loyalty and retention actions
• Coordinate the Commercial Action Plan through weekly meetings alongside the Agency Manager
• Support and coach Project Managers in developing their commercial skills and meeting objectives
• Organize and execute marketing actions to increase brand visibility

Requirements

• Commercial training or proven experience as an experienced autodidact
• Background in B2B services
• Strong argumentation and negotiation skills
• Tenacity and a results-driven mindset
• Ability to motivate and lead teams
• Knowledge of the building/construction sector is a plus
