Animal Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Monitor the conditions of hospitalized animals
• Administer medications under the supervision of a Veterinarian
• Perform blood sampling and manage fluid therapy
• Maintain hygiene and sanitary standards of clinical environments in accordance with AniCura guidelines
• Support front office activities and client reception

Requirements

• Experience as a Veterinary Technician in clinical or hospital settings
• Abivet certification or an equivalent educational qualification (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and medical teams
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach in a multidisciplinary environment
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including rotating night and weekend shifts
