About the role

Responsibilities

  • Invite customers and non-customers to use self-service areas and affiliate with various digital banking channels.
  • Manage customer flow both inside and outside the branch, specifically within the self-service zone.
  • Profile customers to identify appropriate service derivations and operational needs.
  • Ensure customers have the necessary credentials and keys to operate digital service channels.
  • Promote the use of alternative channels such as Supermóvil, Santander Web, Superlínea, ATMs, and correspondents.
  • Provide personalized service by clarifying doubts regarding digital tools to build customer confidence and experience.

Requirements

  • Completed high school education (Bachillerato concluido).
  • Experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
  • Strong service attitude and interest in commercial development.
  • Ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills.
