Anfitrión Digital

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the institution, providing an impeccable image and empathetic service to customers and non-customers.
• Promote and guide customers toward the use of digital banking channels, including SuperMóvil, Santander Web, and automated teller machines (ATMs).
• Manage customer flow within the branch and self-service areas to ensure an efficient experience.
• Assist customers with digital affiliation, account updates, and navigating self-service tools to reduce in-branch wait times.
• Identify opportunities to convert non-customers through payroll portability and digital account openings.
• Ensure the correct functioning of multi-channel equipment, such as direction systems, ATMs, and biometric zones.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer information and adhere to all operational risk and security protocols.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in similar customer service or digital promotion roles.
• Completed degree in an economic-administrative field.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide personalized, empathetic service.
• Proficiency in promoting digital tools and navigating banking technology.
