Android Mobile Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Android applications across the full lifecycle from development to release
• Implement scalable and maintainable architecture using MVVM or Clean Architecture
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Backend teams to deliver features aligned with business goals
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following industry best practices
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs into mobile applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues to ensure high performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical mentoring to other developers
• Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous improvement in app usability and reliability

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Android development experience with a track record of delivering production-ready apps
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
• Deep knowledge of Android SDK and Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Room, Navigation)
• Experience with Coroutines, Flow, and Dependency Injection (Hilt/Dagger)
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Retrofit, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong testing skills using JUnit, Mockito, and Espresso
• Experience leading a team of 4–8 Android developers
• Ability to design modular, scalable mobile architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jetpack Compose
• Background in fintech, telecom, or enterprise-level applications
• Knowledge of multi-module architecture and Firebase
• Exposure to cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
