Responsibilities
- Build growth loops including referrals, in-app shareables, and web integration
- Improve new user acquisition, retention, pricing, and packaging
- Support the launch of new markets and languages while improving text-to-speech and streaming systems
Requirements
- 3+ years of industry experience as a Mobile Engineer
- Proficiency in Kotlin and mobile architectures like MVC/MVVM
- Experience using AI coding agents (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) as core collaborators
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jetpack Compose
- Experience with mobile streaming technologies like WebSockets or LL-HLS
- Experience working on apps with over 1M users
