Android Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality Android features across product areas like Support Chat and Stock Trading
• Write clean, maintainable Kotlin code using modern Android tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Mobile engineers to deliver features end-to-end
• Own features from implementation through to launch, ensuring reliability and polish
• Contribute to app quality regarding performance, stability, error states, and UX
• Participate in code reviews and maintain strong engineering standards

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional Android development experience
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android Studio
• Understanding of Android fundamentals including app lifecycle, networking, and storage
• Familiarity with Jetpack, Coroutines, and Compose
• Knowledge of app architecture patterns like MVVM or MVI
• Strong product-quality mindset focused on UX and reliability
