Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Android applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
• Write efficient, high-performance code and implement daily operational activities for engineering functions.
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams, including QA, backend, and DevOps, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Integrate web services via RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication with backend systems.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including deployment, upgrades, and production monitoring.
• Manage sprint tasks and issue tracking within an Agile/Scrum workflow.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Android application development.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java.
• Extensive experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Jetpack components (LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Deep understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVP.
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
