Android Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop native banking application features using Kotlin and the Android SDK
• Implement critical functionalities such as payment management, biometric authentication, and transaction visualization
• Collaborate with design teams to build intuitive interfaces following Material Design principles
• Maintain and refactor code using Clean Architecture and industry best practices
• Ensure a seamless user experience with optimal loading times and high performance
• Work closely with backend, design, QA, and product teams in an agile environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in native Android mobile application development
• Proficiency with Jetpack Components (Navigation, LiveData, ViewModel, WorkManager, Room)
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming
• Experience with Dependency Injection using Dagger 2 or Hilt
• Expertise in RESTful API integration using Retrofit or Ktor
• Solid understanding of MVVM architecture and patterns like Repository and Singleton
• Experience with Unit and UI Testing (JUnit, Mockito, Espresso)
• Proficiency with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications)
• Advanced version control skills using Git
