Responsibilities

• Write high-quality code using Kotlin and Java programming languages
• Participate in application design specifications, architecture, development, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with team members for API integration and work with outside data sources
• Build reusable components and debug code to ensure high-quality delivery
• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience, preferably in a consumer product company
• Excellent core Java/OOPS knowledge
• Experience with MVVM architecture and Android SDK
• Proficiency with RxJava, Data Binding, OkHttp, and Retrofit
• Experience handling different Android versions and screen sizes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a background in algorithms
• Proven track record of releasing applications on the Android Play Store
• BE / B-Tech or equivalent degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing Unit and UI test cases
• Knowledge of React Native and containerization
