Ancillary Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with questions regarding venue amenities and services
• Communicate daily specials, ticket upgrades, and ancillary item offers to guests
• Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chair rentals throughout the venue
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of signs, tables, and tents
• Manage and track merchandise inventory throughout the duration of the show
• Process transactions efficiently using electronic sales systems

Requirements

• Ability to walk and stand for long periods in an outdoor environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
• Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and late evenings
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
