Ancillary Crew Member

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information regarding venue amenities and daily specials
• Communicate offers for premium parking, seat upgrades, and ticket specials
• Sell, distribute, collect, and organize lawn chair rentals throughout the venue
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of signs, tables, and tents
• Handle cash transactions and balance tills at the end of each show
• Participate in post-show cleanup, including sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods in an outdoor environment and all weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and late evenings
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred
