About the role
Responsibilities
- Originate and onboard potential dealers and vendors for Anchor-led Supply Chain Finance programs.
- Manage business relationships with anchor SPOCs to generate leads and conduct business reviews to scale programs.
- Build and maintain relationships with regional and zonal lender SPOCs to drive transaction closures.
- Oversee the full transaction lifecycle for onboarded dealers/vendors, from limit setup to disbursal.
- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve daily and weekly business outcomes.
- Develop and execute sales plans, field beat plans, and annual operating projections.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for other commercial banking debt products such as bill discounting and working capital loans.
- Drive revenue and AUM growth by managing limit utilization and timely renewals.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to design products and align technology with business needs.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of leadership experience in commercial lending or supply chain finance.
- Proven experience managing direct reporting teams across different geographies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze balance sheets and P&L statements.
- Deep understanding of debt products including factoring, vendor finance, dealer finance, and reverse factoring.
- Educational background: CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
- A number-driven mindset with a strong flair for sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel and work in high-pressure, hands-on environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
