About the role
Responsibilities
- Teach Anatomy and Physiology lecture and lab courses for pre-nursing, pre-allied health, and science majors
- Manage course planning and instructional delivery for the Fall 2026 semester
- Conduct student evaluations and provide academic feedback
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required instructional paperwork
- Facilitate face-to-face classes with online support, including hands-on and inquiry-based laboratory components
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in a related field
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including sitting, walking, bending, and dexterity in classroom and laboratory settings
- Willingness to support the Catholic and Franciscan values of the university
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a related field
- Prior experience teaching biology courses at the college level
- Availability to teach during daytime hours (8am-5pm)
