Anaplan Model Builder

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver Anaplan-based solutions to implement business processes for various ICRC units
• Translate functional and non-functional business requirements into Anaplan features and application models
• Configure and maintain Anaplan lists, modules, dashboards, and actions to meet organizational needs
• Perform unit, integration, and functional testing to ensure application stability
• Monitor data flows from various source systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain applications while providing technical documentation and handbooks
• Provide hands-on training to end users regarding Anaplan models and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 1 year of professional experience using Anaplan
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or financial modeling
• Deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling and relational database theory
• Expert-level skills in Excel (spreadsheet modeling, macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas)
• Strong knowledge of data integration processes
• Ability to work onsite in Makati City

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Certification (Agile or V methodology)
• Business Analyst certification
• Experience in leading or participating in large-scale technical projects
• Subject matter expertise in operations, financial management systems, or logistics planning
